How to: Change display options.
Solution:
Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. Make changes from the 'General' tab.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'Display' tab.
Change display colors
3) To change background colors:
a) Click on the down arrow to select the Appointment Book background in the 'Appointment Book' drop-down list box in the 'Backgrounds' group.
b) Click on the down arrow to select the Planner background in the 'Planner' drop-down list box in the 'Backgrounds' group.
c) Click on the down arrow to select the grid background in the 'Grid' drop-down list box in the 'Backgrounds' group.
d) Click on the down arrow to select the page background in the 'Page' drop-down list box in the 'Backgrounds' group.
4) To select Planner colors click on the down arrow in each box in the 'Planner' group.
NOTE: 'Required' and 'Optional' refer to attendees.
5) Click 'OK'.
